Questions & Pictures
* Please advise the balance spec required for the Impeller. We would expect this to be to ISO G6.3 but would like to clarify.
The ISO G6.3 is the correct standard to use
* Can you provide a photo of the hub on the Impeller? We would like to have a closer look at what appears to be the threads. See attached
* Can you advise if you know what the estimated annual usage is on each part?
We typically pump around 1,000,00 cubic yards of material each year, primarily sand.
* In order to provide our most accurate quotation: Please provide some basic measurements if possible:
2.a.) width of the impeller? 54”
2.b.) width of the casing? Overall outside is 86"
* Patterns/Tooling will be required to make these parts the first time. This tooling can be re‐used for future bids. I am assuming they do not have patterns already?
No, we do not have patterns or drawings
* The Shell/Casing is identified as NH4 (NiHard 4) would they accept the A532 High Chrome (25‐
27 Cr) in place of NH4? HC is typically seen as better material.
No the pump shell needs to be the NiHard 4.
