Remote Sensing Emission Study Questions and Answers: 11/9/2021

1. I am concerned with the 6 page-length restriction. I am afraid it will not be possible to do all that within 6 pages if resumes of any meaningful substance are also expected within those 6 pages.

Can Project team resumes be attached separately?

a. DEQ’s intention was that the six page limit was for each, the Project Plan and the Price

Proposal (i.e. Price Proposal = six pages + Project Plan = six pages, for a total of 12 pages).

They also noted that the Project Team resumes may be submitted separately and as a separate email to mitigate the 10MB email size requirement.
