About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for NOFO OFOP0002922, "Strengthening Uzbekistan's Anti-Corruption Framework to Improve the Investment Climate," issued by INL on August 3, 2026. The document clarifies six key application requirements and submission guidelines.
Applicants have flexibility in proposal design—they may propose their own objectives aligned with NOFO goals rather than using the three exact objectives listed in the NOFO (Question 1). The Anti-Corruption Roadmap referenced in the NOFO is a government of Uzbekistan document; applicants seeking access should contact the Anti-Corruption Agency of Uzbekistan at info@anticorruption.uz or +998 71 202 04 02 (Question 2). The 10-page maximum for the proposal narrative does not include the Cover Page and Table of Contents (Question 3). While main narrative text must comply with 12-point Times New Roman font and 1-inch margins, smaller font sizes may be used within tables, textboxes, figures, charts, and graphics for readability optimization (Question 4). The Project Proposal and Organization, Staff, and Partners sections may be submitted as either a single consolidated document or separate documents, provided content is clearly organized and section-specific page limits are maintained (Question 5). Provided templates for the Change Map, Project Risk Analysis, and FY2026 Budget Narrative may be used as-is without reformatting to match general formatting requirements, though their required content and structure must not be altered (Question 6).
