1. What is the specific Make & Model# for the existing Video Projector Screen?
Gerriets Revue Front and Rear Projection Screen with a front projection gain value of
0.67. Size: 54’(W) x 26’(H).
2. Are all control and signal lines already in place from the Front of House Mix Position to the Projection Booth?
No, that's what the fiber runs are for. You supply the fiber and Ike Hall Staff will run it.
3. Do any cables runs need to be replaced or installed? No.
4. Exactly how many cables and or fiber lines are required to be installed with this installation?
The contractor will supply the fiber cables as specified in the SOW (see Section 6 and 7). The Eisenhower Hall Theatre staff will pull the cable from FOH to Projection booth and Stage Right. All other miscellaneous cables (however many are needed to make the system function) are the contractor’s responsibility to supply and install.
5. Does the runway space needed to install additional connections between front of house mix and projection booth (if required) exist?
The conduit does exist. If for some unforeseen reason, additional cables needs to be run to any of the locations, then the Eisenhower Hall Staff will pull the additional cable.
The Contractor will supply the cable and the Eisenhower House Staff will run it.
6. We have a booth to screen distance. Is there an "official" lens to screen distance the end user is working with?
No, and that is for the contractor to figure out.
7. Are there scaled architectural drawings of the Auditorium available?
Architectural drawings will be posted with the Solicitation / RFQ. However, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to figure out all of the calculations and measurements to determine offset and correct lens. That’s why you were required to bring whatever tools you needed to help you make that assessment when you attended the Site Visit.

All federal government agencies and DoD installations are tax-exempt from Federal / State / Local taxes including Federal Excise taxes. The exemption is governed by Federal Government Entities Tax Exemption US Statute 4, USC Section 107 Title 26 - IRS Code Section 4293. The United States Military Academy at West Point is a federal government agency - and - a DoD installation. Therefore, we are officially a tax-exempt agency of the US Federal Government.
The Federal Government does not use tax exempt forms... we use the Standard Form 1449 (SF1449), Department of Defense Form 1155 (DD1155), or Standard Form 44 (SF44)... these are the Contracts / Purchase Orders that Contractors receive when we finalize a purchase.
