About this file
This document contains written answers to questions regarding a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) for a Migrant Transportation Program. The program is intended to manage and implement the relocation of individuals who have documentation from the U.S. Government indicating they were processed and released into the U.S. without being admitted in accordance with the federal Immigration and Nationality Act (referred to as "Inspected Unauthorized Aliens").
The RFP seeks proposals from vendors to provide a detailed plan and consulting services related to developing and executing the relocation program. The number of individuals to be relocated will be determined by FDEM based on circumstances, and vendors must propose how they will identify, vet, and verify eligibility, as well as arrange for transportation, lodging, meals, and social services at the destination. The RFP also addresses requirements for security, media inquiries, and compliance with federal and state laws. The program will serve the jurisdictions of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee in the state of Florida.

Answer #34 No. Vendors should provide this information within their response for how they propose to carry out the scope of work.
Question #35 Controversial matter.
a. There is potential that movement can be viewed as controversial (as it was in the past).
