About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W912J326QDP02, issued by the Yellow Ribbon NMARNG (National Military Appreciation Month Recognition) program for an event in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho, New Mexico on June 18-19, 2026. The document addresses clarifications on lodging accommodations, catering requirements, room setup, and pricing.
The solicitation requires double-occupancy lodging accommodations, with suite-style rooms featuring one king bed and a pullout sofa sleeper confirmed as acceptable. For catering, the contractor must provide only light refreshments—one morning and one afternoon offering—featuring items such as charcuterie, finger sandwiches, pinwheels, fruit, dips, and vegetable trays; no breakfast or lunch is required. The General Session room setup should be configured in banquet-style rounds. This is identified as a brand-new contract requirement with no incumbent contractor. Regarding taxes, offerors must include all applicable state and local fees and taxes in proposed pricing, as tax exemption for services does not apply in New Mexico. All pricing schedules must clearly annotate each Performance Work Statement requirement with specific pricing, "Not Separately Priced" (NSP), or "No Cost" designations; failure to include these annotations may result in quotes being deemed non-responsive. A total price must be included in all submissions, with unit prices incorporating all applicable fees and taxes.
