Notable organizational developments include a $1 million gift received in July 2026 and a planned property sale in September 2026. The CPA firm selected must hold North Carolina CPA licensure, demonstrate experience auditing nonprofit organizations and higher education foundations, and provide services in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Government Auditing Standards.
