About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Questionnaire for a UPS Replacement project at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport. The government is conducting market research to identify potential contractors for replacing UPS systems in Buildings 12 and 1074, seeking detailed capability and readiness information through a 13-question industry survey.

The questionnaire requires vendors to provide comprehensive details including: ability to perform the work, recommended NAICS and PSC codes, estimated costs, setup timeline, delivery processes, technical capabilities, quality assurance standards, potential risks, past performance, and pricing estimates. Interested companies are instructed to submit responses via email to michelle.a.farrales.civ@us.navy.mil, with strict guidance to avoid including classified or controlled information. This is a voluntary market research effort, and respondents are reminded to adhere to Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements outlined in the Navy's contractor guide.
