1. Offer Due Date. Would the United States Air Force Central (USAFCENT) kindly extend the due date from 12 October 2022 to 19 October 2022 to allow vendors adequate time to respond to the solicitation? This would be greatly appreciated.
Government Response: The proposal due will not be extended. Proposal due date remains the same 12 October 2022 at 2:00 P.M. (EST).
2. Solicitation Page 55 of 65, Paragraph 8.2.1, and Page 57 of 65, Table of Contents. Are the Table of Contents included in the page limitations?
Government response: Yes
3. Solicitation Page 55 of 65, Paragraph 8.2.4, Cross Reference Matrix. Is a cross reference matrix required if a vendor does not cross reference to other volumes of the proposal? If a cross reference is required as stated in the last sentence of Paragraph 8.2.4, does it count towards the page limitations?
Government response: A cross reference is not needed, no towards page limitations. Extra pages can be used, and they will count towards page limitation.
4. Solicitation Page 56 of 65, Paragraph 7.5, Copies and Page Limit. Can vendors please submit the proposal volumes via email in lieu of paper copies?
Government response: Yes, proposal submission can be sent via SAFE https://safe.apps.mil/ .
5. Solicitation Page 59 of 65, Paragraph 14.5, Information regarding submission on offer. Is the required "proposal cover sheet" included in the page limitations?
Government response: Cover sheet will not count.
6. Solicitation Attachment 5, Form DD254. Is Form DD254 required with the proposal submission?

7. Solicitation Page 56 of 65, Paragraph 8.2.5.2, 3rd bullet, Item (b): Detailed strike plan of action (including Government notification): What is the definition of a "Detailed strike plan of action" and its applicability to the U.S. Air Force?
Government response: How will contract be supported in lieu of a strike.
2. Solicitation Page 57 of 65, Paragraph 9.5.4. Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs). Are the detailed CPARS required in the response? If so, can this information be excluded from the 5-page limit for Volume II-Past Performance?
Government response: No need to include, but a reference would be appreciated.
