About this file

This document is a question and answer sheet for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the installation of bollards along the I-205 Shared Use Path (SUP) in Maywood Park. The procurement opportunity involves bid item "Removable Bollard" which covers the supply and installation of the bollards. The ITB requires stripe removal, allows for square cut holes, and limits access to the pathway to the closest access point. Pedestrian and bicycle use must remain open, with signage and flagging permitted to assist users through the work zones. The ITB closing date is January 26, 2023 at 11:00 am. The project location falls within Multnomah County and several jurisdictions within the city of Portland.

The summary of pricing terms, set asides, and funding information is not provided in the given document. However, the ITB requires the contractor to comply with applicable sections of Specification 00225, and disturbed pavement must be repaired at the contractor's cost.
