About this file

This file is a Quarterly Update spreadsheet (dated March 18, 2026) from Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Edgewood Contracting Division, providing informational notice of upcoming federal contracting opportunities for industry stakeholders. The spreadsheet is expressly stated as not a formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or other binding procurement document, and industry is directed not to submit formal proposals or quotes in response. The document explicitly states that all government information is subject to change at any time, all procurements are subject to cancellation, and the government will not reimburse for any feedback, questions, or documentation provided by industry.

The update identifies opportunity avenues maintained through the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), including the JETT (Joint Enterprise Technology Tool) platform for market research and industry engagement. Additional opportunities are referenced through the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center's Technology Transfer Office, which offers Patent License Agreements, Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, Technology Support Agreements, Memoranda of Agreement and Understanding, and Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. The spreadsheet also references two specific funding mechanisms: a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for research and development, and a BOTAA (Other Transaction Authority agreements) for prototype and follow-on production projects within JPEO-CBRND mission areas. Industry inquiries must be submitted by email to the point of contact within one week of posting; the government will not provide source selection sensitive information and prohibits direct contact with requiring activities to avoid organizational conflicts of interest.

JETT Landing Page (osd.mil)
JETT is the platform that connects you to the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND). Developed with industry in mind, JETT is intended to make conversations between JPEO-CBRND and industry members easier and help connect you to the right people from the start. JETT serves as a market research tool to ensure JPEO-CBRND is aware of the work that industry is pursuing and informs us about where we might focus our efforts and help shape the future capabilities. When you complete a JETT submission, you’ll be connected to one or more of our offices and their staff for additional conversation about potential opportunities.”
