The bid due date remains December 2, 2024 at 2PM, and all bids must be submitted through the eVA electronic procurement system.
The addendum also clarifies that Department of Forestry staff must be on-site for the duration of the project and may stop work if unsatisfactory. The pricing requirements have been updated to a per-acre bid, and bidders must submit a completed Vendor Data Sheet (Attachment A) along with their bid.
