About this file
The document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) document related to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) for the Oregon GED Program Wraparound Services. The RFP seeks proposals to provide wraparound services to support GED testing and graduation, including recruitment, education, testing, graduation, and transition services. There are no maximum funding amounts, and transportation services to support student access to testing are an eligible expense. The minimum student age for GED testing is 16 years old. Each proposal will be evaluated on its own merits, and there is no "common" funding amount. The Q&A provides clarification on the scope of services, including that the fourth focus area is GED Graduation, not GED Testing. The contract opportunity is open to all interested and qualified parties, and there is no information provided about any incumbent or current environment.
