About this file

This document is a set of slides from a GSA FAS TTL QMAAB Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program Industry Day event. The purpose of the event is to provide an overview of the supporting price documentation required when submitting new offers or requesting modifications to existing MAS contracts. The slides cover what constitutes acceptable supporting price documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and price lists, and explain how this documentation relates to the price analysis process. The event is intended for current MAS contractors as well as potential offerors interested in the automotive and related SINs under the QMAAB MAS. The slides also provide contact information for the QMAAB contract specialists and team leaders. The Industry Day event will be held virtually on June 25, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm Eastern Time, and the presentation and Q&A will be made available on GSA Interact and SAM.gov afterwards.

Key Takeaways Regarding Supporting Price Documentation Submitting a supporting price document for each item proposed is key language in the solicitation.

You may also perform market research on your own and provide that as supporting documentation.

We aren’t asking for this information to be difficult, it’s because we have to perform a price analysis with each of the different modification types.
