About this file

This is a Questions & Answers document dated January 3, 2025 for the "Advancing Anti-Corruption in Peru" grant opportunity (OFOP0001717) from the Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.

The Q&A clarifies that either the applicant or their partners must have an office in Peru, confirms that media outlets are considered CSOs under the grant objectives, and provides formatting guidance - stating that the Performance Monitoring Plan, Project Risk Analysis, Timeline, and Organization sections do not count toward the 20-page narrative limit. It specifies that Performance Indicator Reference Sheets (PIRS) can be submitted separately in Excel or combined with the proposal, and allows text boxes, tables, footnotes and footers to use 10-point font. The underlying grant aims to strengthen civil society organizations in Peru to combat corruption and impunity, and is available only to specifically invited organizations under Program 19.703 (Criminal Justice Systems).
