About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Request for Bids (RFB) 21-PW16 issued by the State of Wisconsin for a wheeled articulated end loader with integrated snow removal equipment. The procurement seeks one new wheeled articulated end loader unit. The document clarifies key specifications regarding the plow and wing attachments that will be procured separately through a concurrent bidding process. The equipment will feature a front-mounted reversing plow and a front-mounted wing, both requiring hydraulic systems for operation. The reversing plow will utilize hydraulics to pivot left and right, while the wing will include dual double-acting cylinders to enable raising, lowering, and folding functionality. The vendor must supply one set of JRB coupler female blanks, which will be mounted to both the plow and wing assembly for compatibility with the loader.
No pricing information, contract term, award timeline, response deadlines, or site visit requirements are specified in this questions and answers document. The document does not address set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or other contractual terms. This file represents clarifications issued during the pre-bid phase to ensure bidders understand the technical requirements for the equipment configuration and hydraulic system specifications.
