Q2 Question: Samples to be included in proposal
The proposal specifications ask for several samples of compliance bulletins and employee communication pieces. Can these be provided via a link embedded in the proposal or do you prefer
PDF copies attached to the proposal? Thank you.
Answer: Since the County will not have an opportunity to review the submitted material prior to the deadline, it would be better to provide PDF copies attached to the proposal. If for some reason the link failed, it would be too late to gather that information.
