About this file
This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation IF-25-012 by the City of Idaho Falls, related to the Multiple City Water Project Materials procurement. The Q&A addresses a specific inquiry regarding Bid Item 2, which involves 16" push-on joint CL50 water pipe materials. The document clarifies two key points from the original bid specification: the unit of measure should be linear foot instead of "each", and the approved vendors for the pipe materials are US Pipe Co, Mcwane Ductile, and American Pipe Co.
The Q&A document does not provide comprehensive pricing details, contract terms, or funding information. It serves as a clarification document to help potential bidders understand the precise specifications for a specific line item in the water project materials solicitation. The question was submitted and answered on 02/07/2025, which appears to be part of the pre-bid clarification process for the upcoming sealed bid submission scheduled for 02/18/2025.
