About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) #3 issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the Invitation to Bid (ITB) DOT-ITB-25-5011-INTS, specifically for 2-GB Broadband Internet Service for the District Five District Office. The Q&A document, dated 3/18/2025, addresses three key clarification questions from potential bidders regarding diverse path accessibility, the type of internet access required (unmanaged), and DNS requirements.
The Q&A provides specific responses to bidder inquiries, with answers indicating that bidders should refer to Addendum 2 for diverse path accessibility details, confirming unmanaged internet access is desired, and stating that no specific DNS requirements exist. While this document does not provide comprehensive procurement details, it is part of the broader solicitation process for internet services, suggesting FDOT is seeking to clarify technical specifications and service expectations for potential vendors ahead of the final bid submission.
