About this file
This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid (IFB) #10204113 issued by the California Department of Water Resources (DWR). The IFB requests bids for Equipment Transportation services to move a variety of pump parts and equipment, including a pump case weighing 80 tons and a 20-foot by 22-foot radial gate weighing less than 15 tons. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis at an hourly rate, and are not tied to a particular destination. The contract term is not specified. Bids must be submitted by mail, hand delivery, or courier service, and cannot be emailed.
Pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, and other salient commercial details are not provided in this Addendum. The document focuses on answering technical questions related to the types of equipment to be transported and the frequency of service required, which is irregular throughout the contract term.
