About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation 040ADV-25-Q-0015, related to a freight elevator security cabling installation project for the Government Publishing Office (GPO). The Q&A addresses four key points: GPO will not provide a cost estimate and wants proposed pricing to be part of the offeror's evaluation, the project start date will be the date of award, the contractor must install a complete travel cable with spare wires labeled for future use, and the project must be completed during normal work hours of 6:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The solicitation requires a comprehensive cable installation with specific requirements for timing and wire management, leaving pricing and detailed implementation to the offeror's discretion.
