Tomorrow’s Leaders College-to-Work Pipeline Pilot Funding Opportunity SFOP0006331 Questions and Answers
Question: is this e-mail sufficient as a “Notification of Intent to Apply”?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Can the budget include additional administrative costs on top of “monitoring and evaluation costs”?
Answer: Yes. So long as a budget is reasonable, allowable, and allocable it can be submitted for review. Please refer to page 19 in the “Budget and Budget Narrative” section of the NOFO for more detail.
Question: Is the “cost-share or matching” a requirement? Do indirect contributions e.g.waiving fees for training premises, or above mentioned additional administrative costs count as cost-share or matching / especially if they are covered by a third donor?
Answer: Cost sharing is not required for this award, but is an evaluated criterion as stated in the NOFO on page 19 in the “Budget and Budget Narrative” section. Indirect costs are allowed but must have maintained written records which are subject to audit.
Question: What if the DUNS number is not available before the deadline, will the tracking number be sufficient?
Answer: No. You must have a DUNS number in order to apply for the award, tracking numbers are not sufficient.
Question: Is the sam.gov profile not the same as the https://mygrants.service-now.com? Do I need separate accounts in both, and in which one do I need to apply for this specific project?
Answer: The platforms are not the same and you do need an account in both. As stated in the NOFO, all applications must be submitted in SAMS Domestic (https://mygrants.service-now.com).
