About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding the Request for Responses (RFR) issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) for Departmental Master Agreements for Leadership Staffing Services. The RFR seeks to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors to provide two categories of services: Leadership Search Services and Interim Leadership Services. The anticipated volume of temporary/interim leadership assignments is subject to change based on the staffing requirements of EOHHS agencies. Invoices must be submitted electronically and contain specific details, including the contracted worker's name, position, hours worked, hourly rate, and supervisor approval. While the projected number of temporary/interim leadership assignments is expected to vary, EOHHS is open to working with multiple vendors to meet their needs, and will evaluate proposals based on the vendors' ability to provide qualified candidates.

Regarding pricing and other terms, the document does not provide specific details on anticipated project costs or the number of temporary staff required. However, it emphasizes the need for efficient invoice processing and the requirement to include the MMARS Doc ID number on each invoice. The RFR is intended to establish Departmental Master Agreements, and EOHHS will evaluate proposals from multiple vendors to meet their staffing requirements.
