Questions & Answers
Q1. The electronics industry is facing significant shortages of components and delays due to COVID related disruptions. The delivery date on page 3 states July 1, 2021. On page 6 it states the delivery schedule is "30 days after date of award" and on page 14 it states that "Offers that propose delivery that will not clearly fall within the applicable required delivery period specified above, will be considered non-responsive and rejected." Will you accept offers that exceed the July 1 (or 30 day) timeframe? Specifically, will a delivery of mid-August be acceptable?
A1. Delivery date has been revised in the Statement of Need to read: Product Delivery shall be no later than August 31, 2021.
Q2. Item 8 of the "special requirements" on page 6 states "Must include all software to display recorded measurements..." Is software that converts recorded data into a text (.csv) format acceptable? Or is a visual or graphical display of measured values required from the supplied software?
A2. .csv format is acceptable to the Government.
