Question(s) Submitted by Vendors:

1. Reference: RFP Section 5.2 Tasks/Deliverables (pgs. 16-17) Vendor Question: As part of our service, we provide advice and insight regarding compensation. Knowing that community college presidents in NC have a state salary often supplemented at varying levels by the local government entities, what is the preferred compensation range for the Piedmont CC President (including supplements)?

PCC Response: Range is $175,000 - $200,000

2. Reference: RFP Section 3.3 Proposal Evaluation Process (pgs. 9-10) Vendor Question: The interim President at Piedmont CC is a partner in a recruiting firm that has worked with a number of NC community colleges. What effect, if any, will his role at the college have on the evaluation process?

PCC Response: As of 28 Feb 2025, the interim President is on leave as a partner in his recruiting firm until a full time President is selected. The selection of the most qualified firm will be executed by the PCC Board of Trustees and the board only.

3. Vendor Question: RFP says the proposal must contain "Completed and signed version of all EXECUTION PAGES, along with the body of the RFP." Does this mean that the entire 25 pages of the RFP must be included with the proposal?

PCC Response: Yes, proposals must include all EXECUTION PAGES, along with the body of the RFP. 25 pages in total to ensure proposal is complete.
