About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to Invitation to Bid (ITB) 22-23-55 for moving services issued by the Florida Department of Revenue (DOR). The ITB is for moving approximately 170 positions (123 filled and 47 vacant) and identified furniture, equipment, and files from DOR offices located at 8175 Northwest 12th St., Miami, Florida to a new building located at 3750 NW 87th Ave, Doral, Florida. The Q&A addresses questions about the inventory list, items to be moved, packing responsibilities, work hours, and computer equipment. Two addenda have been issued - one to update the asset list and another to clarify the mandatory site visit date and time. The contract will require the selected contractor to provide pre-planning and execute a well-coordinated, efficient, and cost-effective move within the specified schedule and budget.

The Q&A document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or other financial information. It focuses on clarifying the scope of work, logistics, and other operational details to ensure a successful relocation project for the DOR.
