1. Do you have any geo-referenced maps or shape files for the above-named project? If you do could you please send them to me?

A1 – See maps on pages 6-7 of the Statement of Work.

2. Is a site visit planned? If not, are there GPS Coordinates for the location start to finish?

A2 – No site visit for this project. GPS coordinates are as follows:

Here are coordinates for the south end and north end of the project.

Datum: NAD83, UTM south end: 643581, 4170589 north end: 647068, 4175934

3. Can you provide GPS coordinates for the beginning and end of the project?

A3 - Here are coordinates for the south end and north end of the project.

Datum: NAD83, UTM south end: 643581, 4170589 north end: 647068, 4175934

4. I wanted to reach out and find out if this project was for chipping only or if you would accept mastication? If you would allow mastication what would the equipment weight limit be?

A4 – Chipping only due to resource constraints.

5. Stumps have rocks dirt in them. Can these be cut off and left on site or hauled away instead of trying to chip these?

A5 – Stumps that have been torn out of the ground should be chipped and/or removed. Stumps in situ can be cut off and left on site as long as they are flush with ground level (up to 6” above ground level). Treatment of stumps should be built into the contractor’s proposal.

Incoming equipment should be washed and free of noxious and invasive weeds prior to project work.
