About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details comprehensive support services for Distributed Common Ground Stations (DCGS), ground Line-of-Sight (LOS), Beyond-Line-of-Sight (BLOS), and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) systems for the U.S. Air Force. The contract, running from November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2025, requires the contractor to provide end-to-end logistics, engineering, maintenance, and operational support for critical military data link systems used by aircraft like the U-2 and RQ-4.

Key service requirements include maintaining system availability rates of 99% for DCGS and 99.9% for Remote Ground Stations, providing Contractor Field Service Representatives (CFSRs) for worldwide operations, conducting technical testing and repairs, managing government property, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. The contractor must also provide detailed monthly status reports, manage spare parts inventories, support potential surge operations, and maintain configuration management for these sophisticated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) communication systems that enable real-time information sharing among military services.
