About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) template document. The file itself is a blank template rather than a completed PWS with specific requirements, and therefore does not contain detailed information about required products, services, performance objectives, or deliverables for a particular contract action.

The template is associated with a Sources Sought Notice (IHS-SS-26-1527302) issued by the Indian Health Service's Great Plains Area Office for USP 797 Lab/Pharmacy competency shipping and processing results at the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility in Belcourt, North Dakota. The Sources Sought is for market research purposes to assess the availability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and to determine the appropriate acquisition method and whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated NAICS code is 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services), with other codes to be considered based on responses received. This pre-solicitation notice is informational only and does not constitute a commitment by the Indian Health Service.
