Performance Work Statement

REKEYING BUILDING 852

Scope of Work. The contractor shall perform the tasks stated herein to support development and delivery of deliverables for rekeying the locks in building 852, located on McChord Field, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA. Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, material, supervision, technical expertise, and other related items necessary to ensure it is fully operational (turnkey delivery) and free of engineering, installation, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) defects.

Contractor Experience. Five (5) years minimum experience in locksmithing.

Specific Tasks:

2.1. Provide and install 200 “Best” compatible cores

2.1.1. Provide 350 keys (Number of keys per core IAW provided matrix)

2.1.2. Include 600 Satin brass finish, non-serialized keys

2.1.3. Drill out old cores as needed

The goal is to provide new locks for each door within building 852, Stamp locks IAW provided matrix, and label/input lock keys into existing KeyTrak Inventory Management System. This requirement will support WADS anti-terrorism and physical security requirements for Joint Base Lewis McChord AFB, WA.

Performance Period. Contractor will have 90 calendar days to perform and complete requested work from the date of contract award. Contractor can choose and have the ability to work weekends if so desired.
