Key deliverables include platform access within 15 calendar days of Call Order award, operational dashboards within 15 days, monthly clinical and staffing measure reports by the 10th of each month, and annual RN survey reports within 30 days of survey completion. Performance standards require 99.5% monthly system uptime, 95% on-time report delivery, 98% data accuracy, and 95% customer support responsiveness within four business hours. The contractor must be US-based, maintain all VA data within the continental United States, and provide training and technical support during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time). No VA background investigations are required as contractor employees will not access VA sensitive information, production systems, or facilities.
