About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for providing Metasys Cyber Continuous Monitoring Service and On-Site Metasys Training Courses to the 99th Civil Engineering Squadron (99 CES) at Nellis Air Force Base (NAFB).

The PWS requires the contractor to provide quarterly maintenance, monitoring, and cybersecurity hardening of the existing Metasys ADX server, as well as instructor-led training courses on Metasys Building Automation Systems, Mitsubishi/LG VRF digital control systems, and other industrial control systems. The contractor must have DoD 8570-01 certified System Security Engineers to perform the required server maintenance and hardening tasks. The training courses include topics such as Metasys System Extended Architecture for Building Operators and Building CCT Programming. The contractor is responsible for providing all training materials and must ensure instructors have the appropriate knowledge and skills. The training is to be conducted on-site at NAFB or at the vendor's training location. The PWS also outlines requirements for utility service interruptions, emergency contacts, and government-furnished equipment.

The related Federal Contract Opportunity is a special notice for a sole source award to Johnson Controls, Inc. for the Metasys Monitoring and Training Services described in the PWS. The notice invites interested parties to identify their interest and capabilities by August 28, 2024, but this is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 561210 - Facility Support Services.
