About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a one-year service contract to provide preventative maintenance and support for a Malvern Zetasizer Nano-ZS system and associated equipment owned by the Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA). The contract includes all parts, labor, travel costs, and a scheduled on-site visit to perform a Performance Verification and comprehensive Preventative Maintenance. The equipment is used by NAMRU-SA for research projects measuring nanoparticle size and charge. The PWS specifies the vendor must have the expertise to provide technical support, repairs, and equipment qualification. The related federal contract opportunity is a sole source award to Malvern Panalytical to provide this one-year service contract for NAMRU-SA, with a period of performance from 28 Sep 2024 to 27 Sep 2025.
