About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Locksmith Services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia. The PWS covers a 1-year period of performance from 10/1/2024 to 9/30/2025 under NAICS code 561622. It requires a contractor to provide labor, equipment, and materials for emergency, priority, and routine locksmith services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of various lock mechanisms, door hardware, and GSA security containers. The contractor must have over 15 years of locksmith experience and be certified for specific lock types. Response time requirements are provided for each service level, and the contractor must have a secure off-site storage location for high-security lock components. Pricing is based on hourly labor rates with materials billed at the lowest GSA or commercial price. The government will inspect and accept all work performed. This PWS is associated with a pre-solicitation for Locksmith Services (RFI# 25OSPR0007) issued by the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
