Under Future Operations Support, the contractor manages strategic and operational programs, develops plans and policies, conducts program management decision support, and ensures compliance with Department of Defense and Department of Navy procedures. Under Operational Planning, the contractor supports coordination of MARFORRES plans with Combatant Commands, provides planning process expertise, develops mobilization and deployment procedures, assists with strategy and campaign development, and performs task management. Key deliverables include Quarterly Status Reports, task order deliverables (planning documents, conference inputs, manning documents, operational orders, and briefing materials), Initial/Mid/Final Planning Conference presentations, and exercise tracking documents. Personnel must possess requisite military operational planning experience and relevant certifications (SAW, SAMS, MAWS, or SAASS). The contractor is responsible for personnel management, contract administration, security compliance, and ensuring qualified staffing. Performance metrics include submission of 90% of Quarterly Status Reports on time, delivery of 95% of deliverables within established timelines, error-free reporting, and 100% responsiveness to Government inquiries within three business days.
