Description / Detail Required

Discrepancy Details

The specific system, equipment ID, and physical location of the defect.

Proposed Correction

A technical description of the failure and the proposed corrective action.

Material Breakdown

An itemized list of required materials, including estimated actual cost and the pre-negotiated markup rate.

(e) Government Review and Verification: Upon receipt, the TPOC will verify that the proposed work is required and that the proposed labor hours and material quantities are reasonable for the scope of work. The KO (or delegated TPOC) will verify that the contractor has applied the correct pre-negotiated rates and markups.
