PWS for PPE UNIFORMS
This contract would provide the leasing and cleaning of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE} uniforms for eight designated Motor Transport employees: two automotive maintenance mechanics and six WG-8 refueler/wrecker/truck operators.
Uniforms for the WG-8 vehicle operators must comply with the following:
O 11 sets of uniforms O Shirts must be reflective and provide high visibility O Shirts must be made of cotton O Cargo pocket style pants O Two jackets Uniforms for the MT Mechanics must comply with the following:
O 11 sets of uniforms O Shirts must be of a flexible fit style with rip-stop material O Cargo pocket style pants O Two jackets Shop Towel service will be included O 250 18"x18" standard red shop towels will be provided upon initial delivery. Shop towels will be laundered and returned weekly O 10 gallon shop towel container will be provided Uniform and shop towels will be picked up weekly to be laundered. Cleaned uniforms and shop towels will be dropped off weekly.
| • | Damaged or unserviceable uniforms will be repaired or replaced. |
| • | Lost uniforms will be replaced and charged to the Government |
| • | Employees will be fitted for initial uniform issue. New employees will be fitted as required. |
| • | Contract will be for 5 years in duration. Year 1 is the base year, and years 2-5 are option years. |
