About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Fitness Center Dual Door Access System at Little Rock Air Force Base. The PWS outlines the requirements for the contractor to provide certified computer technicians, equipment, supplies, and other services to inspect, maintain, and repair the government-owned dual door access system at the base's Fitness Center.
The key requirements include troubleshooting, diagnostics, and replacement of system components such as the door controller, smart card reader, and other parts. The contractor is required to comply with safety requirements and provide a detailed report upon completion of the work. This PWS is associated with a pre-solicitation notice for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS code 238290 with a size standard of $22,000,000. The Air Force intends to conduct a competitive acquisition and may consider a small business set-aside based on responses to the sources sought notice.
