Technical Exhibit 1 (TE1) C5ISR Software Update

Instructor Station

Update the Instructor tool for controlling C5ISR simulation to our C5ISRGUI. This software lets the instructor setup and control simulation parameters. Depending on the final configuration, the C5ISRGUI will be expanded to provide necessary control parameters for the new devices listed below. In some cases, these are extensions of current functions provided (i.e. Crypto Keys), and in others will require new features added into the Instructor Software for pushing configuration information needed by devices. Overall exercise management level functions such as ownship placement, time control, waypoint control, and monitoring of student devices settings remain unchanged.

Student Stations Each of the fifteen (15) student positions will contain each device necessary for C5ISR training. Unused devices will be removed from the configuration. Existing devices still used will have their functionality enhanced where necessary to support currently unimplemented features needed for training. After upgrading, the following is a list of devices that will be used in C5ISR training:

- 2x AN/PRC-117G (VHF/UHF Radio)
