About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the installation of 14 NIPR (Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router) data drops at Building 25 on Helemano Military Reservation in Hawaii. The project requires a turnkey telecommunications infrastructure solution, with specific technical requirements including installing new and replacing existing telecommunication outlets, using Electric Metallic Tubing (EMT) conduit, implementing Green Category 6 cabling, and adhering to Army Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and ANSI/TIA standards for labeling and installation.

Key technical specifications include terminating drops into steel double gang boxes, utilizing appropriate cable infrastructure like j-hooks and cable trays, creating a wall penetration at the gym entrance for badge access system connectivity, and providing 14 patch cables (10 feet long). The contractor must coordinate facility access, provide comprehensive documentation including as-builts and test results, and submit deliverables in both hard copy and CD-ROM formats. The solicitation (W912CN25QA034) indicates a firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded based on technical capability and price, with a site visit scheduled for 17 July 2025.
