About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement for a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System replacement and installation project on the APL-67 barge. The work scope covers the replacement of 19 indoor CCTV cameras and 4 outdoor dome CCTV cameras throughout the barge, plus the installation of up to 4 additional indoor cameras at supervisor-directed locations. The contractor must remove existing non-compliant cameras, install Government-Furnished Material (GFM) cameras at existing locations, and perform complete system setup including installation, programming, and configuration of the recording server, hard drives, and Milestone XProtect video management system software. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, mounting hardware as needed, cabling, connectors, and consumables required for installation. An operational test of the entire CCTV system must be completed to verify clear video from each camera at the monitoring station, and a legible report documenting work accomplished and test results must be submitted to the supervisor.
The period of performance runs from January 5, 2027 to January 30, 2027, with work conducted throughout the barge in accordance with NAVSEA Standard Items and specified engineering drawings. All cameras, the recording server, hard drives, and software licenses are Government-Furnished and stored at Building A-61. The contractor must bond and ground all new equipment per applicable standards, accomplish surface preparation requirements per NAVSEA 009-32, and reuse the existing network switch. The Program Manager is Arthur Petty (ARTHUR.E.PETTY2.CIV@US.NAVY.MIL, 080-9024-0464), and the on-site Point of Contact is Takeshi Hamawaki (takeshi.hamawaki.ln@us.navy.mil, 080-9024-1694). Exact locations for the additional indoor cameras will be provided by the supervisor after contract award.
