About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Mission Critical Systems engineering services supporting the 552 Logistics Support Squadron Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

The contractor shall perform four primary tasks: (1) deinstall all existing console positions in the 552 LSS MOC, then properly pack, label, and store all components to prevent damage; (2) reinstall the MOC console positions into new Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) furniture provided by the Government; (3) reconnect all console positions to Unify OpenScape host servers and execute any necessary system software updates to ensure full functionality; and (4) test all reinstalled and reconnected positions for operational capability and document all configuration and system changes made during the deinstallation, reinstallation, and software update processes. Services shall be performed during normal business hours or as coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to minimize disruption to MOC operations. The contractor must comply with all local security procedures for obtaining installation identification badges and accessing restricted network areas, as well as all base safety regulations during the deinstallation, packing, and reinstallation processes. Performance thresholds require 100% inspection of component labeling and storage integrity, 100% inspection and testing of console reinstallation and connectivity, and 100% functionality of all systems post-update with complete documentation of all changes. The Government will provide the new furniture and facility access to accomplish the work.
