About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the 308th RQS Bull Pen Facility Modernization Project at Patrick Space Force Base, focusing on modernizing workspace functionality in Building 780, specifically Rooms 207A/B, 208, and 211. The project scope includes comprehensive office reconfiguration involving multiple areas: the reception area will be renovated with two L-shaped desks and a tech wall with embedded monitor, the Bull Pen Workstation Area will be transformed to create eight individual workstations with 34" prefabricated walls, and the First Sergeant's Office will receive a new prefabricated office enclosure.
The project requires precise execution, including realigning entrance walls, removing existing furniture, installing new modular workspace solutions, and integrating technology features. Contractors must comply with facility standards for finishes and colors, and adhere to strict base access protocols, including REAL ID compliance. Key exclusions include data communication infrastructure and offsite staging. Acceptance criteria involve successful installation, functionality of workstations, damage repair, and final government representative approval. The work will involve reconfiguring demountable architectural walls, installing new modular walls with specific architectural details like tempered glass panels, rift-cut wood doors, and anodized aluminum finishes.
