Environmental compliance is mandatory, including adherence to Louisiana and federal regulations, proper handling of hazardous materials, storm water pollution prevention, and waste diversion efforts (50% for construction debris, 40% for other waste). The contractor must provide commercial telephone and email services, Commercial Driver's Licenses for applicable vehicle operators, all required permits and licenses, personal protective equipment for employees, and company-identified vehicles and equipment in professional condition.
