Personal expenses incurred by guests shall not be billed to the government, and lodging venues cannot deny qualified attendees access if they lack a credit card for incidentals.
Catering Requirements (CLIN 0002): A hot buffet breakfast must be provided for approximately 300 adults, served from 0700 to 0900 on 11 July 2026, with beverages available until 1100. The breakfast must include a minimum of two main entrée choices, assorted breakfast pastries, and common breakfast items (granola, yogurt, fruit, etc.), along with hot coffee, juices, milk, water, and hot tea with sugar and cream. Fast food items are prohibited, eggs cannot be powdered, and menus must avoid common allergens with clear labeling. At least one entrée and one side dish must be cheese-free. Catering services must provide non-paper flatware and plates (except paper "to-go" coffee cups), with setup and cleanup included. Durable plastic flatware is preferred. Catering must be delivered to Bonnet Springs Park Event Center and must be provided by a caterer from the pre-approved vendor list. The final number of lodging attendees will be confirmed by 26 June 2026. An on-site representative is responsible for ensuring all food items conform to stated requirements; failure to comply will result in government claims.
