About this file

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial supplies announcing a federal contract opportunity for test instrumentation sensors used in aerial delivery shock and vibration measurement applications.

The contracting activity is soliciting the following items for delivery to Fort Bragg, North Carolina: 16 Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) with minimum specifications including 2" x 2" x 2" housing, 500g shock rating, 10,000Hz sample rate, piezoresistive accelerometers, programmable sampling rates, time-sync capability for minimum 4 units, standalone recorder functionality, real-time streaming, and NIST calibration traceability; 16 six-channel sensor cable assemblies (2 feet or less); 32 three-channel sensor extension cables (10-25 feet); 32 triaxial piezoresistive accelerometers with 7-inch cables, IP67 rating, and NIST traceability; 4 DS-4 racks capable of downloading 4 DAQs simultaneously; and 4 interface device cable kits including ethernet modules, power supplies, and synchronization connectors. All items must be new equipment only; refurbished or used items are not acceptable. The basis of award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors must submit pricing for each line item individually with a total cost and separate delivery line item if applicable. Military installation access and proper identification are required for delivery. Email subject line must follow the format: "SHOCK RECORDS - MICC-FH-043246 - (COMPANY NAME)."
