About this file
This document is a Sources Sought notice for a 100MHz benchtop Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer for the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground West Desert Test Center in Utah. The government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement but is seeking information from interested vendors, including small businesses, to support a competitive procurement.
The key specifications for the NMR instrument include a 100MHz permanent magnet, capability to analyze proton and phosphorous nuclei, flow cell capability, autosampler, compatibility with NMR analysis software, and ability to perform various NMR experiments. The government is seeking information on pricing, delivery, commercial availability, and recommendations to improve the acquisition approach. Responses are due by September 9, 2024.
