About this file
This document is a Notice of Intended Decision to Enter into a Single Source Contract posted by the Florida Department of Commerce (Commerce). Commerce has identified a need to retain the Sandbox subscription and maintenance support product used to protect data and information systems for the Reemployment Assistance (RA) Program. The Sandbox product generates actionable reports faster and more accurately than the current solution, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of incident response capabilities for the agency. Commerce intends to award the single source contract to InQuest, LLC, the sole proprietor of the Joe Sandbox products sold and distributed within the United States, at a price of $49,956.00.
The Sandbox subscription and support is categorized under several UNSPSC codes including network security equipment, security and protection software, and security systems services. Commerce has determined that the Sandbox product is necessary and unique, and that there is no available competition for this requirement.
