About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). FDOT is seeking to redevelop the SeaCIP grant application management system into a new system called SeaHUB. The intended source for this redevelopment is AskReply, Inc., who originally developed the existing SeaCIP system. The project term is eight (8) months. FDOT intends to replace the 20-year-old SeaCIP system, which is at the end of its useful life, with the new SeaHUB system to reduce maintenance costs, increase productivity, save time, and reduce project and program risks.
The estimated dollar amount for this single-source procurement is $276,284.27. FDOT has determined that AskReply, Inc. is uniquely qualified to redevelop SeaCIP into SeaHUB, as they were the original developers of the existing system. No other competitive sources were identified. The new SeaHUB system will be used by FDOT's Seaport office to review projects, allocate dollars, and manage all project management functionality required to implement and deliver planned projects at the 16 ports in the State of Florida.
