About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (Form PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of State for a statewide subscription to provide public libraries with comprehensive materials for the 2022-2023 summer reading program. The procurement is for reading books and resources under UNSPSC code 60102300, with a contract term from the date of purchase order issuance through June 30, 2023. The intended single source for this procurement is the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP), which has developed a unified and high-quality promotional and programming product that allows Florida libraries to access the same artwork, materials, and program manual with extensive programming ideas and activities.
The estimated dollar amount for this procurement is $140,000. The justification for the single source determination is that CSLP offers significantly lower prices for its products compared to other sources, and provides extensive marketing and promotional materials for libraries to use in advertising their summer programs.
